Jonathan Bennett has been a construction worker, an editor for the (weekly, New York-based) Guardian,  public affairs director for the New York Committee for Occupational Safety and Health, and several other things. He was once convinced that the arc of history bends toward justice but isn't quite so sure any more. He produces the This Week in People's History feature and is always trying to add to his collection of historical events that ought never be forgotten.
