Weyerhaeuser workers are striking to say no to corporate greed, to an employer that would ask them to make sacrifices when it’s making record profits. That means their fight is the fight of all working people, and they need your support.
Employees at the well-regarded firm SHoP Architects announced that they are seeking to unionize with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. If successful, they will be the first union at a prominent private-sector firm.

AFA’s new drive is separate from a preexisting one organized by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. IAM has been organizing Delta flight attendants and ramp attendants since 2010, the year of AFA’s last loss.
