Europe is erupting

The EL has condemned Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine as a violation of international law and denial of Ukraine’s sovereignty. However the EL has not aligned itself with NATO whose objective has been to end the war through military means.

Internationalism on the rise

The Forum gathered diverse voices advocating peace, climate justice, and social justice, seeking to break Europe’s political deadlock and avert its march to war. The Forum concluded with a common declaration.

At the 50th anniversary celebration of the end of the Vietnam War in Ho Chi Minh City, U.S. antiwar activists drew lessons for stopping the war on Gaza...“Vietnam does remind us that occupation is not necessarily forever...”

Resistance works

While most Americans instinctively understand the threat U.S. militarism poses to democracy, the times call for more explicit links between militarism and rising fascism and a blueprint for reversing this threat.
