The end of Roe v. Wade will accelerate an existing effort to criminally punish people for their abortions, stillbirths, and miscarriages.

Two decades of divisive Court decisions have threatened our representative democracy, weakened the fundamental right to vote, undermined racial justice, and favored the interests of the wealthiest corporations and individuals at the expense of the rights of working people. It's time to change the Court.

We should not live in a country where bodily autonomy can be granted or taken away by nine political appointees, most of whom are men and cannot become pregnant. Any civil right contingent upon political whims is not actually a civil right.
