The redacted version of the report just released is only the start of wide-ranging and intensive House investigations

This is no exoneration. The basics of the Trump-Russia scandal were well established long before Mueller concluded his investigation. The report is a detailed accounting of facts...now it is time for Congress to act, to bring charges of impeachment.

By unilaterally concluding that Mr. Trump did not obstruct justice, the attorney general has made it imperative that the public see the Mueller report.
