At the debates, Sanders and Warren have stood shoulder to shoulder, defending Medicare for All from tepid centrists. The two are longtime political allies. It's time for their supporters to do the same, and not get baited into flame wars.

To anyone who lived through the Clinton years — or merely remembers the Obama era — the discrediting of neoliberal ideas that were once sacrosanct among Democrats is nothing short of astonishing.

This is a high watermark of opposition to Israel inside U.S. politics in more than 50 years, and it was brought off by two midwestern women of color: Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar trying to visit the occupation even as they support BDS.
The squad understands that "diversity" is meaningless if the measure of success is "sameness." The congresswomen are choosing to do politics a different way because they recognize that Congress has never worked for their communities.

Tuesday night was Bernie and Liz vs. the world. Warren and Sanders parried attack after attack from a number of centrists desperate to claw their way into the next debate, counter-punching hard as they defended their stridently progressive policies.
